Daybreak Canyon is committed to employing staff of the highest character, talents, experience, and education that we can find. We have an innovative approach to management and compensation with staff and we anticipate a much lower turnover ratio than the industry standard. Having a great group of staff that stay and are consistent is vital to the success of the program and efficacy with youth. We employ 2 Master's level Therapists both of whom have years of experience working with youth in therapeutic settings. We have an Operations Manager that oversees the building, grounds and vehicles, as well as oversees the youth work projects like the greenhouse, automotive projects, and dogs (to name a few). All staff will be trained, well supervised, and encouraged to be part of every youth's life. All staff will be expected to walk the walk not just talk the talk.

All staff will be trained in CPR, First Aid, CPI, and all other program and state required subjects.
